TLO Law partner Patrick J. Lee-O’Halloran has been elected to serve as Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section’s Governing Council. TLO Law partner Jason C. Tarasek was re-elected as a member of the Section’s Governing Council. With over 300 members, the Construction Law Section enhances the skills of Minnesota attorneys and serves as both a legal-community and public liaison for construction law related issues. The Section regularly hosts continuing education events and leads legislative initiatives.
