PJL Law provides alternative dispute resolution services in Minnesota and throughout the entire Upper Midwest, including:

  • Mediation: Patrick is effective at helping parties in construction disputes find common ground, avoid the expense and other downsides of the litigation, and protect their bottom lines.
  • Arbitration: Many construction contracts require arbitration to resolve disputes. Patrick is knowledgeable and can quickly get to the heart of a matter, drawing on decades of experience to rule promptly, intelligently, and fairly.
  • Designated neutral referee: Increasingly, parties with construction contracts are identifying in advance a neutral referee to resolve potential disputes. Making this decision upfront can ensure the neutral party is familiar with the project, knowledgeable of the issues, and trusted by both parties.
  • Other methods: Each dispute is different and may require creative thinking about resolution. With decades of legal experience, PJL Law can identify the approaches that best serve lawyers’ and their clients’ unique legal needs.
